Workplace harassments that are sexual in nature can have malicious effect on the morale of employees, their motivation, commitment to work, and organisation’s reputation. Increase in such incidents have led to the incorporation of orientation trainings for employees to understand, prevent and safeguard themselves from any such atrocity. VU provides support to its clients through structuring sexual harassment policies customised according to Clients’ needs and workplace culture. We also provide Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training which aims to prevent any such mishaps, protection of the employees under the law governing all such mishaps and what constitutes as sexual harassment.
